National Excellence Award “Towards a Circular Economy”
On February 17, 2023, in Erbusco (BS), the award ceremony for the Fondazione Cogeme ETS “Toward a Circular Economy” National Excellence Award was held, aimed at local governments and the business community.
The sixth edition, held at the headquarters of the Franciacorta Protection Consortium, was preceded by a round table discussion on corporate sustainability and the circular economy.
There’s good news: we’re among the selected winners!
We received the Confapi Brescia Award of Excellence dedicated to the world of SMEs for the project ‘From Textile Waste to Circular Products’.
Enea Filippini, Director of Apiservizi, presented us with a certificate of recognition.
Why did they award us? For our business model based on the circular economy.
Our core business involves transforming post-industrial and post-consumer textile waste into new circular products.
Thanks to a patented process, we are able to recover up to 100% of the fibers from waste fabrics and, by processing them with natural substances, create a flexible, durable, and itself patented material that enables us to produce a variety of products. This material allows us to create various products such as packaging, interior furnishings, design items, and acoustic panels. We are proud to say that our production continues to evolve.
We are extremely happy to see that our commitment is being recognized, thanks in part to this award.
