You’ll have time until February 15<\/b> to give us your preference and make us one of the 6 finalist startups<\/b>, but don’t hesitate: go to this link<\/a>\u00a0and give us your support!<\/b><\/p>\n

Up for grabs is a path of acceleration and networking<\/b> and a cash prize of \u20ac 25,000<\/b>, but above all a great opportunity to make known and spread the model of circular economy for the world of fashion signed Nazena<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Nazena among the best startups for the circular economy: why?<\/b><\/h2>\n

But why should you give us your vote? What makes Nazena special?<\/p>\n

Let us tell you right away, then the choice is obviously up to you.<\/p>\n

Nazena recovers industrial textile waste<\/b> and transforms it into new circular products<\/b>, eliminating the CO2 emissions caused by their disposal. In this way, it reduces the environmental impact of the textile industry<\/b> but also offers a concrete solution to companies<\/b> that currently don’t know what to do with their production waste. And that’s not all: these scraps become productive resources for them, or secondary raw materials<\/b>, used to create new products to be reintroduced into their production chain or sold in their stores<\/b>. Do you think it’s over? No, it’s not: the same finished products<\/b>, once they reach the end of their life, are withdrawn from Nazena to be processed and transformed <\/b>again. And again and again<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Their life cycle<\/b> becomes much, much longer<\/b>, virgin resources<\/b> are preserved<\/b> and CO2 emissions<\/b> are drastically reduced<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The same thing happens with clothes discarded by private individuals<\/b>, which are put back on the market with a new form and function.<\/p>\n

Green Alley Award: the prize that aims at climate neutrality<\/b><\/h2>\n

Now that you know more about what our circular economy proposal stands for, let us tell you a little more on the award for which we’re asking your contribution.<\/p>\n

The Green Alley Award<\/b> was born in 2014 in Germany as an initiative of the Landbell Group<\/a>\u00a0and in particular CEO Jan Patrick Schulz.<\/p>\n

Its stated aim<\/b> is to establish an economy that uses resources in a sustainable way and achieves climate neutrality<\/b>. The conviction is that policies such as banning single-use plastics in the EU are not enough for this, but that we need true innovators<\/b>, lateral thinkers who dare to challenge established processes: the startups<\/b>.<\/p>\n

We obviously agree. And luckily we are not the only ones, there are other startups that like us are dedicated to this purpose and we hope there will be a rosy future for everyone<\/p>\n

But we are particularly certain about our<\/b> circular economy model for fashion<\/b>: it works<\/b>, reduces pollution and increases efficiency on many fronts!<\/p>\n
